We respect your privacy, and we want you to feel comfortable
using our website. Therefore, we are providing you with this
privacy policy so you can better understand how we collect
information about you, what we do with your information, and
who, other than Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. (Becker &
Poliakoff, P.A., and the website at becker-poliakoff.com are
collectively referred to as "B&P"), may also
receive your information.
Collection of Customer Information
In order to provide you with the highest level of service,
we ask that you voluntarily provide us with certain information
about yourself (collectively, your "Customer Information").
Your Customer Information may include your first and last
name, your email address, and your zip code.
Use of Customer Information
Once we obtain your Customer Information, it is added to a
list of other information we have obtained from others who
have provided similar types of information to B&P (the
"Customer List").
On occasion, we may hire third parties to perform certain
functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders,

to the extent necessary to permit them to do their jobs, however,
they may not use it for other purposes.

third parties, and we will not cross-reference your Customer

it is your responsibility to make sure that we have your correct

B&P is a website directed to the general public. B&P
does not knowingly sell products or services for use by children.

or services purchased by you if we know, or have reason to
believe, you are not over the age of 18.

As our customers' needs change, we may find it necessary to

If you do not wish to receive Notices from B&P electronically,
you should not become a customer or use our website.

Your Options
You can always choose not to provide information, even though
it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage
of certain products or services offered by B&P. When you
update information in the manner described above, we usually
keep a copy of the prior version for our records. If you do
not want to receive email or other mail from us, please let
us know by sending us an email at the address provided above.
Should you choose not to accept the terms outlined in this
privacy policy, or any modified or revised version hereof,
you should immediately discontinue using our website since
continued use will be deemed acceptance of this privacy policy
